Let’s explore HAYORDI together.

HAYORDI was founded by the families of Armenian soldiers who gave their lives during the 44-day war. Since its inception, it has carried out hundreds of programs for the children of fallen heroes – impacting more than 2,000 young lives – and has become the largest organization of its kind in Armenia and Artsakh.

Although several of its centers in Artsakh were lost, HAYORDI emerged stronger, transforming into the “Hayordi” Charitable Foundation to continue its vital mission.

To unify its efforts, HAYORDI established a central hub in Yerevan, offering comprehensive support to the families of fallen soldiers from Artsakh.

The five points below reflect the foundation’s core areas of focus—the last of which stands as our top priority for its profound importance.

1. “Hayordi” Workshop
A vibrant space where children join free group activities that spark creativity, collaboration, and personal growth.

2. “Hayordi” Studio
A creative hub where children express themselves through pottery, painting, and other arts. Psychologists on site support their emotional well-being.

3. Library
A modern library filled with books for all ages, inspiring literacy, curiosity, and a lifelong love of reading.

4. Khokha
(In Artsakh dialect, “khokha” means “Child”) A center for children aged 3 – 6, offering programs that nurture early learning and development.

5. Mairenik Program
Supporting single mothers raising children after the loss of their fathers in the war. The program provides practical help and honors their resilience.

6. Turning Houses into Homes
The first project of its kind in Armenia. It transforms empty apartments into fully furnished, welcoming homes, bringing comfort, dignity, and hope to families in need.

HAYORDI Charitable Foundation, in partnership with FASF, has launched a movement – the first of its kind in Armenia – to bring dignity, comfort, and hope to the families of fallen soldiers.

Many of these families have received apartments through state support, but these homes remain empty, without even the most basic furniture.

This campaign aims to turn those bare walls into warm, welcoming homes – places filled with the same love and courage their fathers carried in their hearts.

Already, 11 families have joined the HAYORDI initiative, which began its work with care and dedication. Each family carries a story of loss, resilience, and hope, and together we can help them rebuild their lives in homes that are truly theirs.

We are not the only ones helping, but every contribution, big or small, can make a profound difference. Let’s help HAYORDI bring joy to at least 10 families by the New Year.

A donation of $20,000 will provide essential items to help 10 families start a new, dignified life under their own roof.
