Teach For Armenia

The mission of Teach For Armenia is to provide quality education to children in high-needs, rural, and border communities to address teacher shortages and improve student outcomes. The Teacher-Leader program brings energy and innovation particularly in subjects like math, science, and languages. The FASF grant sponsors two teachers in the Teach For Armenia’s Teacher Leadership Program. These teachers are a married couple from Artsakh and have committed to teach at Koti Secondary School in the Tavush region of Armenia for two years. Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU)

In cooperation with Zinapah and AGBU Armenia, FASF is funding a free family camp for 170 beneficiaries in October 2025. The Nairi Family Camp is a 3-day camp for children and mothers with music, sports, and family therapy. The grant covers all costs for transportation, accommodations, food, and camp acivities. HAYORDI Charitable Foundation

The Hayordi Initiative was established in 2020 to help families in Artsakh. Hayordi offers numerous programs including Hayordi Studio, an inspiring environment where children can express their emotions through pottery, painting, and other artistic activities; Library, a place brimming with modern books, accessible to all children, promoting literacy and a love for reading; Khokha Program, a center is designed for children aged 3-6 years, providing tailored programs and activities that cater to the developmental needs of young children; and Rehabilitation Therapies where children attend swimming, horseback riding, pottery, and various other therapies that are crucial for overcoming stress and rehabilitation in their lives. Learning Mission Armenia

Learning Mission Armenia was established in December 2020 with the mission to enable Armenian war veterans to return to society with a defined career path by providing a holistic education with Information Technologies and English at its core. Learning Mission distributes laptops and financial aid to veteran students as well as assisting with placement with permanent jobs or internships in the Armenian tech sector. Nor Ej / Armenian Human Resources Association NGO

The project “Nor Ej” (New Page) is a social responsibility program created in January 2021, immediately after the end of the 44-day war in Artsakh. The project assists young people aged 18-30 (mainly men) who have gained temporary or permanent physical disabilities and/or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after serving Armenia. Nor Ej helps participants develop their competencies, acquire specific knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to enter the labor market and, as a result, return to a full-fledged working life.
